1. Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.

Certain items (e.g., intimate health products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene concerns. Such exclusions will be mentioned on the product page.

The product must be shipped back by the customer in case of a return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
