Return & Refund Policy

At Therapy Toolbox, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Certain items (e.g., intimate health products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene concerns. Such exclusions will be mentioned on the product page.

  • The product must be shipped back by the customer in case of a return.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at

  • Order ID

  • Product Name

  • Reason for return

  • A photo of the product (if applicable)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
